Workshops

Storytelling workshops: Karen has performed at community events and has told stories and led workshops focussing on stories at children's centres and primary schools. She is available to lead workshops to develop participants love of telling, listening and creating stories.

Circus workshops: Karen brings along a selection of circus equipment for participants to learn new skills with or develop existing skills. Activities include plate spinning, feather balancing, silk spinning, stilts, Pedalgos, hoppers, Diablo and flower sticks. Workshops are suitable for up to thirty participants.

Balloon modelling workshops: One or two hour workshops are available. Pumps and balloons are provided. Participants can learn how to twist balloons into animals, swords, flowers and crazy hats.

Play and Perform (Drama workshops): Karen is available to run "Play and Perform" sessions as an after school performing arts club for primary aged children. Through termly themes and games the children develop skills in performance supporting confidence and imagination. Alternatively Karen can co-ordinate a version of the programme suitable for children's groups and holiday clubs.
